Aloha, my name is Isaac Stant and I am a professional surfer from Maui, HI.
Surfing has been my passion since I was (7) years old- my life and my goals have always involved surfing.
Part of my career has been surfing at one of the biggest waves in the world - Jaws here on Maui. 
I was part of paddle movement, when surfers started paddling into waves at Jaws, instead of being towed into them by Jet Ski.
My career has since taken me to competing. I have recently traveled both nationally and internationally to compete in the Qualifying Series for the World Surfing League.

My latest venture with surfing is teaching lessons here on Maui.

Surfing has always brought me joy, and I am so excited to be sharing that with those wanting to learn.

I am licensed and permitted to teach surf lessons here on Maui’s West facing shores. I teach at remote surf destinations, away from all the crowds, and the waves are firing for all surfing levels.

Covid-19 Updates

The health and safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. 

We are taking these steps to ensure the safety of all
•temperature checks (touch-less temporal) before the start of each lesson 
•sanitization of all equipment before and after each surf lesson

•masks are required during meet & greet as well as at the time of payment, when the lesson concludes 

At this time, we are no longer providing rash guards for use during the surf lesson. We recommend that you bring your own for sun protection and overall comfort.

If you are feeling ill before your scheduled lesson, we ask that you contact us to reschedule or cancel.

Stant Surfing Lessons is a private based surf school. 

We do not offer add-ons into other parties. You will be taught with just the people you book in your party / or solo if you book a private lesson.
